Our Partners
One of the strengths of the Healthy Waterways Waterwatch Program is our ability to foster partnerships and strengthen relationships between groups interested in the protection and conservation of our waterways.
We partner with:
- Local government
- Business
- Community organisations
Most local governments in the region currently contribute financially to the Healthy Waterways Waterwatch Program and these funds are used to support the activities conducted by us. The partnership between Healthy Waterways Waterwatch and local government allows councils to have an additional resource to access when educating their community about waterways issues.
Healthy Waterways Waterwatch is ideally positioned to work with your organisation on a range of activities aimed at increasing community engagement and contributing to protecting and enhancing the local environment. For more information on how your organisation can work with Healthy Waterways Waterwatch, please contact us.
